Diverszone Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in the Jacksonville area. When you find pests or signs of termites, we connect you with an independent local provider who can inspect the home and give you a written estimate. We do not perform pest control or termite treatment ourselves.

Why We Started

Homeowners tend to make the same few mistakes when pests appear. Some use strong store products in closed rooms or around children and pets. Some wait too long on termites because the damage is out of sight. Others hire the first company that offers a quick fix, without asking about the products, the method or the warranty. In older homes, the risks are greater, because past repairs and aging materials can hide problems.

Diverszone Pest Control was set up to help homeowners avoid those mistakes. You get a quick route to a local provider and clear guidance on safety, older homes and the questions to ask before you hire.

How Providers Are Matched

When you send a request or call, we look at your location and the kind of help you need. We then connect you with an independent provider who serves your area and handles that work, or with a marketing partner who works with such providers. The provider contacts you directly to arrange an inspection.

What We Expect From Providers

• The state licenses and insurance their work requires
• Plain explanations of what they find, including old damage in older homes
• Written estimates that list the method, products, areas, visits and price
• Respect for product labels and safety instructions
• No pressure to sign on the first visit

Providers who draw repeated complaints may stop receiving requests from us.

What We Do Not Do

Diverszone Pest Control does not apply pesticides, treat termites or repair damage. We do not employ or supervise providers. We do not set prices, and we do not promise arrival times.

How We Are Paid

Diverszone Pest Control may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. You pay us nothing. You pay the provider directly for any work you approve, at the price they set. Our referral disclosure page explains this further.

Your Decision

There is no obligation to hire the provider you speak with. Read the estimate carefully, ask questions and compare it with another quote if you wish.
