Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Diverszone Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use diverszone.com, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Commitment
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What We Do
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Keep text readable with good color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain language
- Label form fields clearly
Known Limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools, may not be fully within our control. We review the site from time to time and fix issues as we find them.
Other Ways to Reach Us
If any part of the site is difficult to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@diverszone.com and we will do our part to assist.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility. Please email contact@diverszone.com and tell us:
- The page or feature you had trouble with
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if known
We will review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is ongoing work. We will keep it in mind as we update the site and continue to improve.
