Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Diverszone Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Complain About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Diverszone Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Information on the site you believe is unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Complaints About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Diverszone Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.

How to Make a Complaint

Email contact@diverszone.com and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The name of the provider, if known
  • A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
